Hello
I'm Cerian
I'm a qualified integrative, embodied counsellor, coach and NLP practitioner. But beyond that, I’m someone who finds grounding in nature, clarity in long walks, calm in crystals, and comfort in a good cup of tea.

I believe in the power of gentle, relational support — the kind that helps you feel more like yourself again. Whether you're feeling anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure where to turn next, I’m here to walk alongside you as you begin to make sense of things — in your own way, and at your own pace.

Read on to learn how I can support you — or reach out if you’re ready to begin.

My journey into this work began as a child, watching the impact of mental illness in my family and learning early how powerful it can be to truly listen to another human being. But for a long time, I didn’t know how to offer myself the same care I gave to others.

It was therapy that changed everything. First talking therapy helped me understand myself, then embodied therapy helped me actually feel and integrate that understanding.
Now I offer the same blend of insight and embodiment to others—because healing is not just about understanding your story. It’s about finding the safety, compassion and courage to feel it in your body, and live in a way that truly honours who you are.

I help sensitive souls who feel disconnected, overwhelmed or not good enough to come back to themselves—to their truth, their body, and their inner wisdom.

My Philosophy

Being ‘good enough’ isn’t about doing more—it’s about learning to trust yourself.
It’s about knowing that your worth isn’t up for debate. It’s about allowing yourself to rest, to say no, to feel joy and to take up space.
